What if my customers have questions? Where do I send them?

The Training Center and FAQ section of the software will answer the majority of your clients questions. We know that everyone learns a bit differently, some are more comfortable reading material, others via video instruction, or an actual demonstration of the product. We have given all of your clients a complete catalog of training material to simplify the process and make it an easy process. Our success depends solely upon their success. In addition to that, we have a direct contact e-mail to answer those unique questions, and believe me they will come up. Finally we will communicate via the back office portal when we have webinars, we will record them and give clients access to those webinars via their training library back office.
